With Jack’s Growing Up
There’s more to this than just an update to the quote system. Vic Bell has come onboard to update the branding and help bring With Jack to life. This new direction reflects the next stage of With Jack.
Whilst I’ve enjoyed manually sending customers their quote (it’s meant having 230+ customer conversations!), people expect to purchase their insurance online. This redesign is a step in this direction.
One of the reasons I started With Jack was to reduce friction in insurance using design and technology. Our customers agree we’ve done a good job of that without a self-service platform, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Sounds Great. When’s It Live?
We’re currently building this so it’s ready to go live as soon as our application has been approved. Without delving into the nitty gritty, insurance is a regulated industry. We have to follow a lot of rules and processes to make this happen.
It’s exciting to see the next stage of With Jack take shape. I hope you’ve enjoyed having a behind the scenes glimpse into the redesign.
